Privacy Policy

METRICS (“METRICS”, “the platform”, “we”) is an advertising analytics and lead management platform provided by ТОВ «SHARKS DIDZHITAL», operating under the Sharks Agency brand. METRICS is used by business clients and their marketing teams to view advertising results, receive leads generated by their own advertising campaigns, manage lead statuses and analyse performance.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the platform collects, how it is used, how it is shared, how long it is kept, and how a client or an individual can request deletion of their data.
Information We Collect
- Advertising performance data from the advertising accounts a client has connected: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, spend, impressions, clicks and results.
- Lead data generated by the client’s advertising campaigns, including leads submitted through Meta Lead Forms: name, phone number, email address and the answers submitted in the form, together with the campaign, ad, form and lead identifiers the lead came from.
- Lead handling data created inside METRICS: lead statuses, qualified / non-qualified marks, notes, and — where the client has connected their own telephony or CRM provider — call records, call transcriptions and automated call analysis.
- Platform account data of users who log in to METRICS: email, name, role and access rights.
- Technical data necessary to operate the service, such as authentication sessions and application logs.
How We Use Information
- To display advertising results and leads to the client they belong to.
- To show the source, campaign, ad and form each lead came from.
- To let the client manage lead statuses and mark qualified leads.
- To analyse advertising performance and produce reporting for the client.
- To send lead processing results (for example, that a lead was qualified) back to the advertising platform so the client can measure and optimize their own campaigns.
- To operate, secure and support the platform itself.
Data belonging to one client is used only to provide functionality to that same client. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for our own or third-party advertising.
Meta Platform Data
METRICS may receive and process lead data and advertising data from Meta after the client authorizes the integration and grants access to the relevant business assets (Facebook Page, ad account, lead forms). Data is received exclusively through official Meta APIs and webhooks.
- Meta Platform Data is used solely to provide the platform’s functionality to the authorizing client: delivering their leads, managing lead statuses, analysing their advertising results, and sending lead processing results back to Meta through the Conversions API for that client’s own measurement and optimization.
- Meta Platform Data is never used to provide services to another client, is never sold, and is never transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
- The client can revoke access at any time in their Meta business settings. After revocation METRICS stops receiving new data from Meta, and previously received data can be deleted on request as described below.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is shared only with infrastructure and processing providers strictly to operate the platform, and with the platforms the client has connected:
- Cloud hosting, database and storage providers.
- AI providers used for call transcription and call analysis, where the client has enabled that functionality.
- The advertising, CRM and telephony platforms the client has connected, including sending lead processing results back to the advertising platform on the client’s behalf.
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not apply a fixed retention period. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the METRICS services, to maintain the client account, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Once it is no longer needed for these purposes — for example when the client account is closed or a deletion request is confirmed — the data is deleted or anonymized.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Both clients of METRICS and individuals whose data was submitted through a client’s advertising forms can request deletion. The procedure:
- Send a deletion request to info@sharks.agency with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the information needed to locate the data: the phone number and/or email address that was submitted, and — if known — the company, project or advertising account the data relates to. Clients may instead request deletion of an entire project or account.
- We verify the request. For a client account, the request must come from an authorized contact of that client. For an individual, we verify against the contact details submitted with the lead.
- We locate and delete the matching records — lead data, form answers, call recordings, transcriptions and related analysis — from the platform, and confirm the deletion back to the requester by email.
- If part of the data must be retained for a legal obligation, we tell you exactly what is retained and why.
We aim to respond to valid data access or deletion requests within 30 days. A client can also request a full export of their data before deletion through the same email address.
Data Security
Access to METRICS requires an authenticated account, and permissions are scoped per client: each client can access only their own projects and data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled databases. Credentials and integration tokens are stored as protected secrets and are not exposed in the interface.
Government and Public Authority Requests
This section applies to all personal data processed by the METRICS platform, including Platform Data received through Meta APIs. When ТОВ «SHARKS DIDZHITAL» receives a request for personal data from a government body, law enforcement agency, court, regulator or any other public authority, we handle it as follows:
- Legality review. We review the legality, validity and scope of every request from a government or public authority before disclosing any personal data, including verification of the issuing authority, its jurisdiction and the stated legal basis.
- Rejection and challenge. We reject or challenge requests that are unlawful, invalid, overly broad, or otherwise not legally binding, where permitted by applicable law.
- Data minimization. We apply a data minimization principle and disclose only the minimum amount of information legally required to respond to a valid request.
- Documentation. We document every request and our response, including the request itself, the decision made, the information disclosed (if any), the legal basis relied upon, and the persons involved in processing the request.
- No voluntary disclosure. We do not voluntarily provide personal data to public authorities unless required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Where we are legally permitted to do so, we notify the affected client before disclosing personal data relating to them, so that the client may seek appropriate legal remedies.
User Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also withdraw an integration authorization at any time directly in your Meta or Google business settings.
