User Data Deletion Instructions

METRICS users and clients may request deletion of personal data associated with their use of the METRICS platform, including personal data received through authorized Meta integrations.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to info@sharks.agency — the official contact address specified in our Privacy Policy.
Please include enough information to identify the relevant account, project and data:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or METRICS project name, if applicable
- Description of the data you want deleted
How We Process a Deletion Request
After receiving a valid deletion request, ТОВ «SHARKS DIDZHITAL» will:
- Verify the request where reasonably necessary.
- Identify the personal data associated with the requester within METRICS.
- Delete or anonymize the applicable personal data from METRICS systems, unless retention is required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate legal obligations.
- Where applicable, remove data received through connected Meta integrations.
- Confirm completion of the request to the requester.
Requests are processed within the timeframe required by applicable data protection law.
Third-Party Platforms
Deleting data from METRICS does not automatically delete data independently stored by Meta or other third-party platforms. You may need to submit separate deletion requests directly to those platforms.
